How can I measure my blood pressure to get accurate results?
1.Before turning on the device, please stay relaxed, then sit quietly and observe.
2.Place the cuff on the left arm above the elbow so that the edge is about 1 inch (2-3 cm) above the elbow joint and the tube is in the middle of the arm.
3.Raise the palm of your left hand and place your elbow on a table or flat surface. Sit upright and relax, do not move or talk, and breathe regularly.
4. Turn on the Blood Pressure Monitor, press the on/off button, stay relaxed and start the measurement.
The result will be displayed on the screen meanwhile voice broadcast.
